THE PUBLIC PREVIEW
When the spreadsheet becomes the bottleneck, the answer is not simply a new tool.
Echowerk is a Zurich live-marketing agency behind Regiosport Kollektiv, a national sponsorship platform for small and medium-sized running events. Its core business ran through a seven-tab spreadsheet alongside CRM and accounting software — a workable system only while its logic lived in a few people’s heads.
The first Airtable approach reached its limits on the edge cases. The successful restart began by clarifying and testing the business logic first. AI acted as a sparring partner: asking questions, spotting contradictions, and proposing structures while Echowerk kept ownership of every decision.
